Why a Process Matters:
From the first phone call to final handover, we want you to feel supported—not overwhelmed. Having a clearly defined process ensures that every step is accounted for, every expectation is aligned, and every milestone is reached with transparency and ease.

Our process removes ambiguity and creates a trusted rhythm for everyone involved—from homeowners to architects to our network of suppliers and subcontractors.
The Hall Builders Inc. 10-Step Process:
1. Intake
Every project begins with a conversation. Whether you connect with us by phone, email, or referral, we’ll gather the essential details and make sure we’re a good fit for your goals.
2. Project Questionnaire
Next, we’ll send a short questionnaire to learn more about your project style, budget, and timeline. These insights help us customize the experience from day one.
3. In-Person Consultation
This is where your vision starts to take shape. We'll meet at the project site to walk through ideas, photos, and plans—and offer an early cost range based on your scope.
4. Pre-Construction Agreement
We’ll outline a Pre-Construction Agreement (PCA) that gives us the opportunity to plan thoroughly and estimate accurately—without locking you into a build contract. You retain ownership of all pre-construction deliverables.
5. Planning & Estimating
With the PCA in place, we’ll collaborate on layout refinements, finishes, design details, permitting, and timelines. You’ll receive a detailed estimate that includes scope, specs, and selections.
6. Construction Contract
Once the estimate is finalized, we’ll review and sign a Construction Contract together. This document clearly outlines the total project cost, payment milestones, and expectations.
7. Coordinating the Build
We begin mobilizing: sourcing products, confirming permits, scheduling trades, and finalizing the construction calendar. Communication stays open and transparent throughout.
8. Building Your Dream
Construction begins—with Adam managing the field operations. We’ll keep you informed with regular updates and ensure work is progressing on time, on budget, and with great care.
9. In-Process Changes
Life happens—and so does inspiration. If changes arise mid-project, we’ll issue a Change Order that outlines any impacts on cost or timing. You’ll always be looped in before decisions are made.
10. Project Handover
After a final walkthrough and professional clean, we’ll deliver your home along with a full warranty packet and documentation. Our complimentary one-year craftsmanship warranty includes 2 check-ins.
